So, you want to become a dealer? By joining the Bernards dealer network, you gain access to the great new designs in our product line, great pricing, and best-in-class customer service. Here's how to begin:

• Want to apply for credit? Download the Credit Application form here. We also accept Company Check, ACH, Bank Wire, VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Download credit card form here.
• Send the completed forms via email to customerservice@bernardsinc.com or fax to (800) 348-6738.
• A Customer Service representative or sales representative will contact you with more details. 

Are you already a dealer and want access to our online product catalog?

• Please contact your customer service representative directly or email customerservice@bernardsinc.com. You can also call customer service toll free at (800) 861-6130. 
• Tell them you would like to sign up for the Bernards AMP Product Catalog. They will enter you into our system and you will receive an email confirmation to register. 
• Once you have registered, you can log into the online catalog here.
